At Pango’s Moonlight March, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us.

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

3. Change of Mind / Returns

Due to the nature of printed books and shipping costs, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by couriers once the order has been dispatched
