Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details (where applicable).
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

We charge a standard fixed shipping rate on all orders. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
